ABOUT SEARCH AND PLACE HR AND PROJECTS
Search and Place HR and Projects was established with a primary objective of providing an effective and sustainable solution that responds to the evolving needs of the various diverse organisational needs.
We are convinced that we are capable of aligning the Human Resources policies and practices with human goals, as advocating not only a democratic workplace, but a dynamic organisational culture as well which should lead to a shift in attitude and the humanisation of the workplace. We also ensure achievement of all the project goals and objectives while honouring the preconceived constraints.
WHAT IS OUR EXPERIENCE
Search and Place HR and Projects is led by Paul Mookang who is an HR professional who happened to have acquired a total of 23 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and 5 years in the Operation areas respectively. All these years were spent in large pharmaceutical, FMCG and hospitality industries.
